Designed and launched the AI Agent Request & Intake workflow, standardizing how branches propose, evaluate, and deploy AI projects across ECCC. Built n8n workflow automations cutting admin overhead by $50K+ annually and authored AI 101 training materials to promote responsible adoption.
Developed and debugged full-stack Blazor/.NET components for internal AI platforms, resolving localization, login, and resend-email issues for 10,000+ users. Built Python automation to consolidate AI deployments across departments, eliminating manual monthly reviews and saving ≈ $7K/year in staff time.
Authored FAQ and client leadership guides clarifying AI workflows, reducing repetitive inquiries during pilot phases. Created internal product planning documentation and contributed to the AI Centre of Expertise (AICoE) plan, improving clarity in AI governance.
